The fee is $50.00 and you must have proper identification (Utah Drivers License, Military ID, Birth certificate, Passport, State ID Card).

A license issued in Salt Lake County can be used in any county in the state of Utah and will become effective immediately. The county accepts cash, check, and money order, MasterCard or Visa.

I will file your license for you at the courthouse after your ceremony. Marriage licenses must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase at which time the license expires. Refunds and extensions cannot be granted

• The Bride and Groom-to-be must have proof of age, be at least 18 years old and must appear together - no exceptions.
• Both the Bride and Groom-to-be must have valid identification.
• All marriage licenses are valid for 90 from date of issue.
• Know your parents' names, mothers' maiden name and places of their birth.

Pricing:

Ceremonies are $430 without rehersal dinner and they include consultation and planning services to help you create an experience that you and your guests will remember.

Receive 10% off if your wedding is booked between 11/01/10 and 4/30/11.

Each ceremony is also tailored to your specific style and taste. A $150, non-refundable, deposit is required to reserve your date.
